noisy air conditioningpoor breakfast

i was really bummed that the air conditioning was so loud during the night. i had politely asked for a quiet room in advance, but it seemed like my request wasn't really considered. the desk clerk, tom, didn't seem to care much when i told him about the noise, and i didn't sleep well at all. also, the breakfast was not great either.

the breakfast was great with a superb choice of items. the staff were professional and attentive during breakfast service. i found the hotel ideally situated from the town centre, easy to explore. the facilities available met my expectations.

the staff was helpful , and always ready to assist. the location is good , overlooking the marina. I liked having a five-minute walk to get to the shops. the breakfast had lots of options.

the mattress was too hard , both my partner and i were uncomfortable. the fridge was warm , it curdled the milk after two days. i also saw dog poo all up the street outside the hotel entrance. which WAS unpleasant.
